POWELL, WEST STOCKTON, COUNTY OF SAN JO TE <br /> r� =' OF CALIFORNIA <br /> w — — <br /> T WHEREAS, on August 18, 1977, the Planning Commission of the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, did conditionally <br /> approve Subdivision Map No. 5-77-14 of JAMES R. POWELL (c/o Warren <br /> Noteware) , for a five Int residential subdivision, on the south <br /> side of Country Club Boulevard, 400 ' east of the Stockton Golf and <br /> Country Club, west Stockton, in an RA-15 Zone, County of San Joaquin, <br /> State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 30, 1977, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of October 6, 1977, at the hour of 11:05 a.m. for a <br /> public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board of <br /> Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice <br /> of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed <br /> to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the <br /> premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. S-77-14 of JAMES R. POWELL be, and it hereby <br /> is, approved, subject to the following : <br /> 1. Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas <br /> and Electric Company. A 12 . 5 foot easement for gas and electric <br /> facilities be reserved within the driveway easement fronting on Lot 4. <br /> 2 . Drainage shall be as prescribed by Board of Supervisors <br /> Resolution R-76-4201. Drainage shall comply with standards and re- <br /> quirements of the Department of Public Works prior to consideration <br /> of the Final Map. <br /> 3. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements <br /> of the Local Health District, the Department of Public Works and the <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 . <br /> 4. Shall meet the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test, soil profile and a minimum <br /> sewage disposal area are required for Parcels (D) (4)[ and (E) (5)ED <br /> for Local Health District Approval.
