BARNES (c/o MORRIS-WENELL ASSOCIATES) , LOCKEFORD, <br /> 017 COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> o ¢ - - - <br /> N WHEREAS, on June 1, 1978, the Planning Commission of <br /> O <br /> the County of San Joa uin, state of California, did conditionally <br /> approve S division Map No. 5-78-7 f WILLIAM A. BARNES (c/o <br /> Morris-Wenell Associates) , for a seven lot residential subdivision, <br /> on the southwest side of Elliott Road, from approximately 750 ' <br /> to 115 northwest of Laird Street, Lockeford, County of San <br /> J aquin, State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 13, 1978, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of July 6, 1978, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. for a public <br /> hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 6, 1978, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which '!tearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> h_:'.'i^_"i ?:c_`_= ••c=_a_':'o ri In '_"-,-r ""' .^." ^r+.�...c ori to ?_id- m-,ttcr, and <br /> this Board of. Supervisors being advised on the premises; AND <br /> WHEREAS, on July 6, 1978, this matter was further continued <br /> until July 20, 1978, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. 5-78-7 of- WILLIAM A . BARNES (c/o Morris- <br /> Wenell Associates) , be, and it hereby is, conditionally approved <br /> as follows : <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2 . Easements for utilities shall be as acquired by the <br /> Lockeford Community Services District, Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, and all other <br /> public utilities. The provisions of Article XII A of Ordinance <br /> 892 , as amended, requiring undergrounding of utilities shall apply. <br /> 3 .
