OCT 28 2003 15: 09 HP LASERJET 3200 P. 18 Atmospheric Analysis & Consulting, Inc. a CLIENT : FGL Env PROJECT NO. : STK0336027-(3-2956) AAC PROJECT NO. : 030566 REPORT DATE 10/16/2003 On October 6, 2003, Atmospheric Analysis & Consulting, Inc. received seven (7) Six-Liters Summa Canisters for Volatile Organic Compounds analysis by EPA method TO-14. Subsequently the canisters were brought to positive pressure(5.Opsi)using 0 AIR and the final pressure was also recorded. TO-14/15 Analysis- Up to a 500 ml aliquot of samples is concentrated,put through a water and CO2 management system, cryofocused and injected into the GC/MS (full scan mode) for analysis following EPA Method TO-14/15 as specified in the SOW. No problems were encountered during receiving,preparation and/or analysis of these samples. The test results included in this report meet all requirements of the NELAC Standards and/or AAC SOP#AACI- TO-15.Estimated uncertainty of the test results will be provided upon request. I certify that this data is technically accurate, complete and in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
