Recent experience has demonstrated the need to begin construction with ample
time to address unforeseen construction problems. A one-month delay in the schedule could cause
the start of construction to be postponed to the spring of 2007.
The County proposes to submit a brief letter report quarterly, revising the schedule to reflect events
and progress of the previous quarter, if needed.
NMFoothill\Groundwater Monitoring\Compliance Issues\StrategyD.doc
Foothill Sanitary Landfill Site Improvement 7 Department of Public Works/Solid Waste
Revised March 12,2004 County of San.Joaquin
