X <br />DISCUSSION: Increased vehicle trips would cause an increase <br />in fuel usage. However, fuel usage will end earlier than <br />previously scheduled due to accelerated site closure. The <br />result is an equivalent amount of fuel usage over a shorter <br />period of time.
