These <br />documents have been incorporated in the Preliminary Plans. <br />Based on review of the submitted documents, CIWMB staff are <br />prepared to recommend final approval of the Preliminary Plans <br />pursuant to Title 14, California Code of Regulations (14 CCR), <br />Division 7, Chapter 5, Articles 3.4 and 3.5, upon receipt of the <br />following: <br />1. Projected date for submittal of Partial Final Closure and <br />Postclosure Maintenance Plans to address incremental final <br />closure as specified in the Preliminary Plans. <br />2. Letters of approval from the San Joaquin County Solid Waste <br />Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) and Central Valley Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board.
