The application addresses changes in <br />operation at FSL necessary to handle increased waste tonnages and to perform <br />recycling activities at the site. A Report of Disposal Site Information (RDSI), pertinent <br />agency comments and approval letters, and FSL addendum/responses were received <br />as part of the application by EHD as required. <br />All the above information has been reviewed by EHD staff and found to be complete. <br />All information (except the RDSI) is enclosed with this letter for your review. At this <br />time a Periodic Site Review (PSR) for FSL is the only information required. A copy of <br />the PSR and any other information you may request will be forwarded to your <br />department. <br />EHD approves of the FSL Draft Revised Permit Application at this time condition to <br />receipt and approval of a PSR.
