Box 388 <br />Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br />RE: State Inspection Report - Foothill Sanitary Landfill, Facility No. 39 -AA -0004 <br />Dear Ms. Heran: <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board (Board) staff conducted a State Inspection of the <br />subject facility, in conjunction with an inspection conducted by your staff, on August 23, 1995, <br />pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code (PRC) Sections 43219, 43220 and 43303. A copy of <br />the State Inspection Report is enclosed. <br />The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the Public <br />Resources Code; Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Chapter 3 - State Minimum <br />Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal, and Chapter 5 -Enforcement of Solid Waste <br />Standards and Administration of Solid Waste Facilities Permits. <br />An Area of Concern was noted for the following section of the California Code of Regulations during <br />the inspection: <br />14 CCR § 17639 Inspection of Records <br />As always, this office is available to assist you at any point in the compliance process.
