The equipment used was a Gas Tech Landfill Monitor
equipped with parts per million (ppm), Lower Explosive Limit (5
percent), and 100 percent gas scales. The 5 percent gas scale
did not detect any gas, so the ppm scale was used for monitoring.
The instrument was calibrated with a 2.5 percent methane mixture
and was warmed up for approximately 10 minutes prior to
monitoring.
The results from the October monitoring event are shown on the
attached maps for each site. The readings for all holes and
structures are shown adjacent to their locations on the maps.
If you have any questions, please call me at Extension 83066.
GE: WJ:vj
R:IVIRGINIAJMEM0SJGASM0N.EP6
Attachments
LA 63229
LA 31209
