Weber Ave <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Subject: Foothill Landfill Winterization Plan, 1995/96 <br />This letter describes the Winterization procedures that have <br />been implemented at the Foothill Landfill for the Winter of 1995/96. <br />Winterization activities were completed in October 1995. <br />ME �_ M <br />The Winter dumping pad is located at Station 3000 East and Station <br />3000 North. A stable all weather dumping pad was constructed and is <br />200 feet wide and 380 feet long. These pads will provide a safe off- <br />loading area for both private and commercial haul6rs-,; SEE ATTACHED <br />DRAWING. <br />The Winter dumping pad(s) was constructed with a mixture of broken <br />asphalt, broken cement, sand and River Bottom rock. <br />Roads <br />The main entrance road is asphalted and interior roads were constr- <br />ucted of a rock and gravel mixture to a width of 30 feet. At this <br />width, two-way traffic can be accommodated. <br />Area To Be Filled <br />Is approx. 400 feet wide, 600 feet long and 30 feet deep This area <br />will provide enough space in the event that should have extended <br />Winter like conditions. <br />
