A copy of the staff s <br /> (916)341.6010 inspection report is enclosed for your records. A copy of this <br /> correspondence has been forwarded to the facility owner as well. <br /> GARYPETERSEN The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of <br /> GPETERSEN@CIWMB.CA.GOV Division 30 of the PRC and with Title 27, California Code of <br /> (916)341.6035 <br /> Regulations (27 CCR), Division 2, Subdivision 1, CIWMB Regulatory <br /> Standards for the Disposal of Solid Waste(CIWMB Standards). <br /> The design and operations of the Foothill Landfill were consistent with <br /> the terms and conditions of the governing permit. However, the <br /> following area of concern of Title 27 CCR was noted during the <br /> inspection of the landfill: <br /> § 20700—Intermediate Cover <br /> As the LEA, please continue to work with the operator to bring this <br /> facility into compliance with all applicable CIWMB Standards. <br /> Appropriate enforcement action(s) should be taken by your agency as <br /> ..... necessary to ensure compliance.
