To correct this, we proposed to add nutrients <br />and organic mulch to the surface of the closure soil per the enclosed Plan, which is in accordance <br />with the general description in our letter of August 1, 2008. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (209) 468-8504. <br />Sincerely, <br />W.
