The <br />closure of the top deck of Module "I" was in response to a Notice and Order issued by that <br />agency. <br />Related documents previously submitted to your office in August 2005 included the Preliminary <br />Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plan (dated February 2005), the Partial Cover and Erosion <br />Control Plan (dated November 2004), and the Closure/Postclosure Maintenance Plan (May 1994 <br />Revision). <br />If you have any questions or need anything more, please contact me at (209) 468-8504. <br />Sincerely,, <br />W.
