Staff appreciates the
submission of the data, and with that, the report constitutes the first of a six year monitoring
period evaluating the effectiveness of the ET cover with respect to a prescriptive Title 27
cover. The ET Test Pad will be monitored through the wet season 2014/2015. Based on the
data presented, it appears the Test Pad and instrumentation are in working order and earlier
problems have been worked out.
Staff looks forward to the next wet season monitoring data and an in depth analyses of the ET
Test Pad compared to the prescriptive standard. Staff requests the Discharger continue to
monitor the Test Pad and instrumentation at a frequency sufficient to ensure the
instrumentation remains operable during the wet season.
Please call me directly at (916) 464-4737, if you have any questions.
i'
TODD A.
