The first gas probe was installed on 7/30/09, and the last gas probe was installed on <br />8/17/09. <br />I spoke with Robert regarding the agreement that Michael Carroll claimed. Robert did not make any agreement with <br />Michael Carroll on the gas monitoring points or on postponing monitoring the new gas probes.
