Foothill Sanitary Landfill Inc. <br /> Winterization Plan for the 2011-2012 Season <br /> -Winter pad has been constructed with demolition and construction debris, covered <br /> and compacted with native rock and sand. <br /> -Also berms are constructed to the east, south, and west to direct runoff to the <br /> downcomers that are located at the southwest and southeast corner respectably. <br /> -Winter pad will continue to be expanded as new materials arrive and weather <br /> allows us. <br /> -See attached drawing <br /> X <br /> Jesse Padilla <br />
