Staff made <br /> observations of the interim evapotranspiration cover over Module I. The vegetative cover <br /> appears to be well established with no ponding or channeling evident following the last wet <br /> season. The vegetative cover was recently grazed by sheep. Staff inspected precipitation <br /> controls installed over the landfill as shown in the example photos attached. All side slope <br /> areas were well vegetated and no areas of concern were noted across the landfill. <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> Areas of concern were not noted during this inspection and it appears the landfill is ready for <br /> the wet season. <br /> TOD A.
