ANNUAL FACILITY INSPECTION REPORT FOR <br /> FOOTHILL SANITARY LANDFILL <br /> Dear Mr. Del Frate: �` ( <br /> I�d� <br /> Please accept this as the annual facility inspection report submitted pursuant to Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Plan Section D-5-a, due November 15, 2012. <br /> Foothill Landfill was inspected to assess damage to the drainage control system and <br /> groundwater monitoring equipment on October 1, 2012, although the site is inspected monthly. <br /> Generally, the site was found to be in excellent condition due to the improvement of drainage in <br /> 2006 and ongoing drainage system maintenance by the site superintendent (photos attached). <br /> Groundwater monitoring equipment remained in good condition.
