In <br /> fact, FSL's closure fund balance is more than three times the minimum required. Because of these <br /> excess funds, no deposits will be made until the closure fund balance nears the required minimum. <br /> POST CLOSURE MAINTENANCE <br /> Financial assurance for postclosure maintenance is demonstrated through a Pledge of Revenue <br /> Agreement No. A-94-1137. A copy of the agreement was submitted previously and is available upon <br /> request. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION <br /> Financial assurance for corrective action is now demonstrated through a Pledge of Revenue Agreement <br /> established through San Joaquin County Resolution No. R-08-686. A copy of the Pledge of Revenue <br /> was submitted previously and is available upon request. <br /> OPERATING LIABILITY <br /> Financial assurance for operating liability is demonstrated through Count's self insurance policy.
