Foothill Sanitary Landfill Inc. <br />Winterization Plan <br />The winter unloading area has been built with a combination of demolition debris, native <br />rock, and sand. <br />It is approx. 200 by 250 feet and it is sloped to the northeast corner of module to an <br />existing down corner for the storm water to flow. <br />- The remaining area of the top deck is sloped to the southwest and southeast to down <br />comers already in place. <br />- As the fill sequence continues some changes might occur and steps will be taken to <br />accommodate those changes with the construction of berms to redirect the water flows <br />
