26. The JTD page 31, Section 6.1.13 Personal Training does not discuss how the training will <br />be provided to the employee's. Provide a short description on how the training will be <br />provided. <br />27. The JTD on page 36, Section 6.4.1 States that the site is designed and operated to <br />mitigate the harborage of flies. The JTD does not describe how that will be achieved. <br />Provide clarification and detail. <br />28. The JTD page 40, Section 7.1 Nuisance Control states the landfill operations are <br />conducted to mitigate landfill nuisance. The JTD does not describe how that will be <br />achieved. Provide clarification and detail. <br />29. The JTD page 40, Section 7.2 Fire Control does not describe how the fire will be <br />extinguished. Will the burning waste be separated? Will there be an area where a <br />smoldering or hot load will be taken and extinguished? If the burning waste is undetected <br />and is dumped on the working face how that be dealt with? Provide detailed information <br />on fire control methods employed at the site. <br />30. The JTD on page 41, Section 7.5 Vectors does not include the current activities by the <br />site operator to control the burrowing animals. Provide detailed information for the <br />ongoing vector control being used at the site. <br />31. The JTD on page 42, Section 7.6, Drainage and Erosion Control does not reference or <br />provide a conceptual design for the drainage system. Revise to include this information. <br />32. The JTD on page 45, Section 7.12 Subsurface Soil Gas Migration Control does not <br />explain how the site will comply with T27CCR, Section 20919 and 20925. Revise to <br />include this information. <br />33. The JTD on page 47, Section 7.16 Leachate Control does not describe the measure that <br />will be implemented to keeping the public from coming in contact with leachate. Revise <br />to include details on site operations. <br />34. The Preliminary Closure Post Closure Maintenance Plan (PCPCMP) does not provide or <br />reference a map that lists structures or land uses within 1000 foot of the property <br />boundary. Revise to include this information. <br />35. The PCPCMP on Page B-8, Section 2.5.3, does not provide or reference a map or <br />diagram detailing the Landfill Gas Control (LFG) system. Revise to include this <br />information. <br />36. The PCPCMP on page B-8, Section 2.5.5, does not provide a map, diagram or reference a <br />map or diagram. Revise to include this information. <br />37. The PCPCMP does not include the known or reasonable foreseeable release plan and cost <br />estimates.
