Ms. Elizabeth Castaneda -2- <br />FINANCIAL ASSURANCE DEMONSTRATION FOR CLOSURE, POSTCLOSURE MAINTENANCE, CORRECTIVE <br />ACTION AND OPERATING LIABILITYFOOTHILL SANITARY LANDFILL <br />(FACILITY NO. 39 -AA -0004) <br />This report uses the latest information from FSL's JTD revised August 2010 which is now under review <br />by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (LEA). The revised JTD updates the total <br />permitted capacity, as well as the closure and postclosure maintenance costs for the landfill. As <br />requested by Cal Recovery staff, this report is based on the updated information. <br />POST CLOSURE MAINTENANCE <br />Financial assurance for postclosure maintenance is demonstrated through a Pledge of Revenue <br />Agreement No. A-94-1137. A copy of the agreement was submitted before and is available upon <br />request. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION <br />Financial assurance for corrective action is now demonstrated through a Pledge of Revenue Agreement <br />established through San Joaquin County's resolution No R-08-686.
