The following items were identified in the memorandum of October 6, 2010: <br /> 1. Alternative Daily Cover. The JTD states that tarps may be used at the <br /> operator's discretion. Title 27 California Code of Regulation (T27CCR), <br /> Section 21600 (b) (6) (B) requires that "standard practices that will be used <br /> to ensure compliance with §§20690" Describe the standard practices to <br /> be used as it pertains to the use of tarps. <br /> Description regarding standard practices for tarp usage as ADC is now in <br /> Section 5.4.4. Per conversations with EHD staff, this description is similar to <br /> the description of ADC tarp use found in the JTD for the North County <br /> Sanitary Landfill. <br /> 2. Section 6.4.1 Public Health Design Parameters references Section 7.7 <br /> of the JTD. The reference should be to Section 7. <br /> Reference to "Public Health Design Parameters" in Section 6.4.1 is now <br /> referenced to Section 7. <br /> 3. The JTD page 20, Section 5.4.1 does not reference include map showing <br /> barrow areas and fill sequencing. Revise to include a reference to Figure 5. <br /> Section 5.4.1 has been revised to include reference to Figure 5. <br /> 4. The JTD on page 42, Section 7.6, Drainage and Erosion Control does not <br /> reference or provide a conceptual design for the drainage system. Revise to <br /> include reference to Figure 2 and 16. <br /> Section 7.6 has been revised to describe the existing and future drainage <br /> controls of the site and to include a reference to Figure 2, the existing site <br /> drainage system.
