Clean within 1 week and <br />maintain clean. <br />Observed dust build up on walls next to soft serve machine and 1 dr Kenmore freezer. Clean within 1 week and maintain <br />clean. <br />Observed debris on floor in fryer area and soda machine area. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed mold/debris on ceiling, walls, and floor in walk-in. Clean within 2 weeks and maintain clean. <br />Observed damaged ceiling in back room. Repair within 1 month. <br />Observed damaged/missing coving in employee restroom near toilet. Replace with approved coving within 1 month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
