<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed boxes of chips stored on floor in side storage area. Store food items at least 6 in. above floor.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The exit push handle for the walk-in was coming off but still working. Repair handle within 2 weeks.
<br />The ice freezer was not working properly and there was leaking at the bottom per employee due to the fans being blocked
<br />when the freezer was restocked. The ice inside was still frozen. Cardboard was placed on floor to control the leakage.
<br />Repair as necessary, clean spillage and discard cardboard today.
