COMMENTS <br /> No inspector present. <br /> T-1 secondary piping required test reducer replacement, boot was deteriorated to point of falling apart.Test reducer <br /> replaced, and piping tested to pass. <br /> T-3 piping sump failed first test, losing 0.3804"A second test was run, losing 0.3503"to fail.Water level dropped to below <br /> piping penetration for troubleshooting, lost 0.1090" in 7 minutes.Water level dropped to below elect penetrations and testing <br /> showed loss of 0.0004" .Suspect penetration fittings. <br /> T-4 piping sump failed first test, losing 0.0729".Water level dropped to below piping and level dropped 0.0312". No further <br /> troubleshooting done,Suspect penetration fittings. <br /> T-5 piping sump failed first test, losing 0.0091".
