This item was identified as waste by Raeann. - Philips Vibes earphones scanned as Universal Waste (IMG 1773-1774), while another open package of Philips earphones scanned as "Dispose in Dumpster" (IMG 1785-1786). These items were identified as waste by Raeann. - Two PowerXcel Rapid Charge Braided 1Oft Micro USBs scanned as Universal Waste (1787-1791). These items were identified as waste by Raeann. - The following was found in an open cardboard box labeled as "Damages" (IMG 1820). - Freestyle Lite Blood Glucose Monitoring System scanned as Universal Waste (IMG 1815-1816). - Oral-B Pulsar Toothbrushes containing a non -replaceable battery scanned as "Dispose to Dumpster" (IMG 1817-1819). Raeann stated she would verify that this item should go into a Universal Waste tote. The items above were identified as waste by Raeann. Universal waste shall be marked with the words "Universal Waste" and the type of waste (batteries, mercury containing equipment, lamps, electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass). Immediately label these wastes and ensure that all universal wastes are labeled with the required information. Universal waste may be accumulated for no longer than one year from the date the universal waste was generated. The universal waste handler shall be able to demonstrate the length of time that the universal waste has been accumulated. Since it could not be demonstrated how long this waste was stored on site, immediately dispose of this waste and submit a copy of the disposal receipt to the EHD.
