RAMIREZ <br />Per manager they were not aware of the compliant. <br />The manager says that there is a contract with the ice machine company to <br />service the machines. <br />Per manager the ice machines were out of order during the August and <br />September. <br />Per manager, the machines are cleaned weekly. <br />The manager said he will personally monitor the machines and he thanked me for <br />bringing the issue to their attention. <br />Abated complaint. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 1
