FOOD WAS PICKED UP <br />AROUND 1:30 PM AND CONSUMED AROUND 2:00PM. EVERYONE ATE CHICKEN ALFREDO, LASAGNA, PASTA TRIO. COMPLAINANT ALSO <br />ATE CALAMARI WITH AIOLI SAUCE. COMPLAINANT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT BECAME ILL AROUND 5:00PM THAT SAME DAY. HAD <br />DIARRHEA, VOMITING BLOOD AND BAD STOMACH PAIN. WENT TO ER THE NEXT DAY AND IS STILL NOT WELL AT TIME OF COMPLAINT. <br />CONTACTED FACILITY TO LET THEM KNOW.
