WHEN COMPLAINANT RECEIVED FRIES, THEY WERE COLD. THEY <br />RETURNED FRIES AND RECEIVED A NEW ORDER WHICH WAS ALSO COLD. COMPLAINANT BELIEVES THEY <br />JUST GAVE THEM THE SAME FRIES. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and discussed the compliant with the Person In Charge. <br />The PIC was not aware of complaint prior to this investigation. <br />Per PIC food items are bagged prior to giving food through drive through window. <br />Employee at drive through window takes money, dispenses drinks and hands bagged food items to the customer. <br />When food is returned food is disposed and new food is prepared, or the customer keeps the original order and new food is <br />prepared. <br />No food was being prepared at the time of investigation. <br />Per PIC when food preparation employees handle food, gloves are worn and hands are washed prior to putting on gloves and <br />when gloves are taken off. <br />Timers are set for hand washing once per hour. <br />Hands are washed when timer goes off and also as needed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
