STAFF OPENLY SNEEZING WITH NO <br />COVERS ON FOOD. KITCHEN STAFF ON THEIR PHONE TOUCHING HAIR AND BODY AND NOT WEARING GLOVES <br />TO COOK FOOD. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke to the manager who was not aware of this compliant. <br />Per manager, he was aware on one staff person who touches face and arms and manager has spoken to the staff person <br />about not touching face and arms etc. <br />Phones are not used when prepping food, only in the break area near the lockers. <br />Lockers are next to office and are in direct view from the customer counter. <br />Per manager when sneezing occurs employees sneeze away from food area and sneezes in their arm and wash hands after <br />sneezing occurs. <br />I discussed CalCode and read section <br />ARTICLE 6. HYGIENIC PRACTICES <br />113973. <br />(a) Single-use gloves shall be worn when contacting food and food-contact surfaces if the employee has any cuts, sores, <br />rashes, artificial nails, nail polish, rings (other than a plain ring, such as a wedding band), uncleanable orthopedic support <br />devices, or fingernails that are not clean, smooth, or neatly trimmed. <br />Per manager he will have employee that has artificial nails weargloves. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
