SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 11:50 am <br />Time Out: 12:10 IDM <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: ROUND TABLE PIZZA Date: 12/06/2021 <br />Address: 2715W KETTLEMAN LN, LODI 95240 <br />Owner/Operator: RTP101 INC Telephone: (209) 368-8600 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: 000054492 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />CUSTOMER ASKED FOR FRESH SPINACH. THE OWNER PUT HIS BARE HAND IN THE SPINACH AND SAID ITS <br />FINE. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke to the manager who was not aware of compliant. <br />Per manager, if fresh spinach were ordered, policy would be to take the spinach from the buffet and provide a "new crock" <br />with fresh spinach. <br />Tongs are used at salad bar. <br />Salad bar items are stocked in the back. <br />Gloves are used when making pizzas. When hands are used, hands are washed prior to touching food. <br />Per manager he will talk to staff regarding this investigation <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
