The <br />complaint was also referred to the Sheriffs Office (CS-2102184). <br />Called the Lost Isle phone number (209-948-4147) and left a voicemail that I was <br />looking for more information regarding a complaint about an abandoned boat <br />leaking oil into the water. <br />Called San Joaquin County Sheriffs Department Boat Safety Division to verify if <br />they have received the complaint and have/will be going to investigate the boat. <br />Per Boat Safety, they have not received any complaints as of yet and have not <br />gone out to any boat leaks today. <br />Discussed the complaint with Program Coordinator and Lead Senior. Advised to <br />call Fish and Wildlife and Coastguard to inform them of the complaint and that he <br />boat is at an island and we are unable to view the boat but if they will be going out, <br />to please let us know if there is anything of concern to us. <br />Called Fish and Wildlife OSPR, spill desk 619-341-6957, this number does not <br />work. Called Fish and Wildlife OSPR, dispatch 916-358-1312 informed them of <br />the complaint received and was transferred to Cal OES. Created a spill report with <br />Cal OES (#21-6657) <br />At 2:59pm, the spill report was received from Cal OES. <br />At 3:11pm, received a phone call from Ryan Hanson with Fish and Wildlife, in <br />response to the spill report. Informed him that we have not gone out to the spill as <br />we don't have access to reach the island. Provided him the cross street <br />information from the anonymous complaint (Neugebauer Rd). Per Ryan, he will go <br />to the island tomorrow and update me with his findings and if I have any updates, <br />to please let him know at 805-440-2593 or update the Cal OES spill report. <br />Called and left a message with Coast Guard, duty phone 415-370-0043 and left a <br />message informing them of the complaint received regarding the leaking boat. <br />5105.rpt <br />Page 1 of 2
