Did you happen to notice if the container had any product information on <br />it? It was illegible in the dark when I was at the spill location. If product information is not available, you <br />can run analytical testing on a sample of the material and provide a copy of the lab results to confirm it <br />is non-hazardous. Alternately, you can deem the waste hazardous waste and dispose at the San <br />Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste facility (HHW) via the Small Business Hazardous Waste <br />Disposal Program. I updated 1331 S Ham Lane from Program Element 2227 to 2220 Small Quantity <br />Generator < 5 tons/year based on the 9-30-20 HW inspection findings, the facility generated 4.75 Tons <br />in the calendar year prior to the inspection. So, your facility qualifies as a Conditionally Exempt Small <br />Quantity Generator and can dispose HW at the HHW facilty. <br />Please contact me with any questions. <br />Thank you, <br />1
