This bath is the process where virgin rods <br />from manufacture is submerged in. The bath allows the acid to penetrate the wire rod and mill scale pops off. This is the <br />process for which ferrous sulfate is created. Ferrous sulfate in its final form is moist crystal. Sometimes when process <br />failure occur instead of moist crystals the system pass through liquid solution that has not crystalize yet.
