Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the <br />sender and know the content is safe. <br />The pickling tank solution is make of 10-12% sulfuric acid and 88-90% water. This bath is the process where virgin rods <br />from manufacture is submerged in. The bath allows the acid to penetrate the wire rod and mill scale pops off. This is the <br />process for which ferrous sulfate is created. Ferrous sulfate in its final form is moist crystal. Sometimes when process <br />failure occur instead of moist crystals the system pass through liquid solution that has not crystalize yet. When this liquid <br />solution is passed through, it is put back into the pickling tank. <br />1
