The spill flowed onto <br />the side of the freeway onto culvert box and drain that empties onto soil and rocks. No water ways were impacted. <br />Arrangements with a contractor are being made for cleanup. <br />Clean up all released material and dispose of it under all appropriate waste manifesting and waste disposal laws and <br />regulations. The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility <br />which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC 25189.5 (a).] Please be aware that all hazardous <br />waste shall be disposed of under appropriate hazardous waste manifesting procedure [HSC 25160 (b)(3)].
