Since it cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has been stored in the open unlabeled <br /> grey totes adjacent the HW storage area(IMG 1674-1675 and 1683-1684), immediately contact a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 706 CCR 66273.33.5 Failed to properly manage universal waste electronic devices, CRTs or CRT glass. <br /> A House To Home oscillating pedestal fan was found in an open box, labeled as"UW"and without an accumulation <br /> start date, on a shelf adjacent the HW storage area(IMG 1636-1637). Universal waste electronic devices, CRTs <br /> and CRT glass shall be stored in a manner that prevents breakage and release to the environment. All broken <br /> universal waste electronic devices, CRTs, and CRT glass and releases shall be immediately cleaned and <br /> containerized.
