In the interim, I am supplying Store 135 <br />with a binder containing lab test results for products they maintain onsite. <br />Regarding Section #106. <br />We have completed refresher training for the relevant associates. Please <br />note that we have moved all of our training programs onto a new educational <br />platform, and during the transition, the stores lost the ability to print a certificate <br />of completion. We are working to restore that functionality, and expect to have it <br />completed in the near future. In the interim, we requested that associates <br />capture a screen shot of the screen, documentating that they have completed the <br />program. I have attached copies of the screens for the 2 associates that needed to <br />take the refresher training. Please note that the dates shown indicate the date <br />they took the course, as well as the last time they accessed the material (which <br />could be for review, or to answer a queston for example). <br />In this case, you will note that Win Argell took the course on 1/10/19. He <br />later reaccessed the materials to capture the screen shot. <br />Vivian Velasquez completed training on 1/5/19, and also reaccessed it to <br />capture the screen shot on the 18th. <br />Thanks for your time and efforts in support <br />ing our efforts to ensure our <br />stores are operated safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
