The property SUSZYCKI <br />is on sewer and Cal Water. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the parcel. <br />08/26/2021 Visited the property with the Community Service Team. The owner was very SUSZYCKI <br />cooperative. I did not observe any violations concerning sewage but I did ask the <br />owner to make sure that he properly disposes of his household chemicals and <br />used oil. <br />While on the property I inspected both trailers and did not find anything of concern. <br />People were living out of a green cargo van in the front and there were several <br />inoperable cars along the street. SO told the owner that they and all junk would <br />have to move. CDD also gave the owner until Monday to clean-up or the fire <br />marshall would be contacted to deal with the excessive junk, especially all the <br />wood on the property. <br />I observed a large tub of shake on the property and Deputy Riley asked the owner <br />about it. The owner said he did not know about it but would make sure it was <br />disposed of. <br />08/26/2021 Called the complainant and updated her on the situation. SUSZYCKI <br />10/29/2021 Created a photographic log with the pictures taken during my complaint SUSZYCKI <br />investigation. <br />Created an Official Inspection Report stating that no violations were cited. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />5105.rpt <br />Page 1 of 1
