Priscilla placed the six containers of acrylic nail powder into the Oxidizer HW tote at <br />the time of inspection. <br /> - Six containers of SuperNail Clear Powder (IMG 3202-3206-3207). According to Priscilla this item is an acrylic <br />nail powder. According to the Sally Beauty video, How To Categorize Products – California, found on the Athena <br />Ipad application, acrylic nail powder is to be placed in the Oxidizer HW tote. Priscilla placed the six containers of <br />acrylic nail powder into the Oxidizer HW tote at the time of inspection. <br />- The following item was found in the State Toxic HW tote: <br /> - The Mane Choice Ancient Egyptian Anti-Breakage & Repair Antidote Oil, which listed different types of oils as a <br />majority of the ingredients (IMG 3209-3210). However, a similar product, The Mane Choice Tropical Moringa Daily <br />restorative Spray, was found in the Flammables HW tote because, according to Priscilla, the item listed oil as an <br />ingredient. According to The Poster, body oils shall be placed in the Flammables tote. Priscilla placed these items in <br />the Flammables HW tote at the time of inspection. <br />All of the items listed above were identified as waste by the store manager at the time of inspection. <br />The generator must ensure that all employees who handle hazardous waste are thoroughly familiar with proper <br />waste handling and emergency procedures. <br />Provide proof of training and training materials to the EHD for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous <br />waste. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 109 CCR 66262.23(a)(4) Failed to send generator manifest copies to DTSC within 30 days. <br />The following manifests were found on site, but are not on file with DTSC: <br />- 019594604JJK (10/26/18) (IMG 3227) <br />- 017403263JJK (8/17/18) (IMG 3228) <br />- 017369952JJK (6/25/18) (IMG 3229) <br />The generator manifest copy shall be submitted to DTSC for every shipment on a manifest when California is either <br />the generator state or the destination or consignment state. The generator manifest copy shall be mailed to: <br /> DTSC Generator Manifests <br /> P.O.
