According to The Poster permanent hair color shall be placed in the Corrosive Bases HW tote. Priscilla placed the item in the Corrosive Bases HW tote at the time of inspection. - An AGE Beautiful permanent liqui-crème hair color. According to The Poster permanent hair color shall be placed in the Corrosive Bases HW tote. Priscilla placed the item in the Corrosive Bases HW tote at the time of inspection. - A Silk Elements Permanent Crème Hair color. According to The Poster permanent hair color shall be placed in the Corrosive Bases HW tote. Priscilla placed the item in the Corrosive Bases HW tote at the time of inspection. - A One ‘N Only Argan Oil Permanent Crème Hair Color. According to The Poster permanent hair color shall be placed in the Corrosive Bases HW tote. According to Priscilla, the item is temporary hair color. According to The Poster temporary hair color shall be placed in the State Toxic HW tote. Priscilla placed the item in the State Toxic HW tote at the time of inspection. - A Gigi #2 Cream Activator, which listed ammonium hydroxide as an ingredient. According to The Poster, items containing ammonium hydroxide shall be placed in the Corrosive Bases HW tote. Priscilla pl aced the item in the Corrosive Bases HW tote at the time of inspection. - A container of Ion Hair Building Fibers and two containers of Toppik Hair Building Fibers. Priscilla could not make a waste determination since the ingredients listed on the item were not on The Poster or tote labels, nor could she find a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) on the Sally SDS Ipad application. Priscilla called the Sally Beauty Hotline number (800-777-5706 ext. 4005) and spoke to Debbie Middleton regarding which tote the hair building fiber items should be placed. Debbie Middleton emailed Priscilla the SDS for the Toppik Hair Building Fibers and determined the hair building fiber items shall be placed in the State Toxic HW tote. Priscilla placed the items into the State Toxic HW tote at the time of inspection.
