Observed horse manure on the eastern and western horse <br />coral, garbage and junk on the front yard has been decreased in volume, spoke to <br />tenants husband and he mentioned a few more weeks to clean up. <br />06/09/2021 9830 E. Discussed with her about the time line to clean <br />up the garbage and junk on her property. She mentioned she has a medical <br />condition and is doing her best to remove as much items as possible. Tenant is making progress on the clean up on the property. <br />Horse manure is still a problem in the corrals. Will do a <br />re-inspection on August 20th, 2021 due to tenant medical condition. <br />08/24/2021 9830 E HVVY 88 CHAO <br />Follow up inspection. Observed a pile of manure in the east horse coral.
