COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />11:26 am <br />10:43 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: TEXAS ROADHOUSE #703 Date: 06/09/2022 <br />Address: 2422 NAGLEE RD, TRACY 95304 <br />Owner/Operator: ARMADILLO HOLDINGS LLC Telephone: (925) 549-8649 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0054944 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />CO0054944 states: "COMPLAINANT ATE AT FACILITY AT ABOUT 12:30 PM, SATURDAY, 5/29/22. COMPLAINANT <br />CONSUMED 8 OUNCE STEAK WITH BARBEQUE CHICKEN. HE ORDERED STEAK MEDIUM WELL AND HE THINKS IT <br />WAS COOKED MEDIUM RARE AND IT TASTED FUNNY. A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER HE BECAME NAUSEOUS AND <br />LATER IN THE NIGHT HAD DIARRHEA. THE DIARRHEA LASTED THROUGH SUNDAY." <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The soap dispensers at the hand sinks at the dish pit and the left side of the rear prep area are not <br />dispensing any soap. Refill soap/change batteries at these dispensers today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. Interim MP states that an incident report of a food borne <br />illness was submitted. Per Interim MP, the complainant could / would not provide their symptoms. No other similar complaints <br />have been received. <br />Per interim MP, the meat (chicken breast and steak) is started at the flat top, then moved to the grill to finish.
