(113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hot water at the restroom hand sink turns off after being running for several minutes and to get hot <br /> water at the 3 comp sink faucet head the detergent dispenser first needs to run for a while. If the hot water at the dispenser <br /> is turned off then the water temperature from the 3 comp sink faucet head will start to drop after awhile. Provide consistent <br /> hot and cold water at the 3 comp sink and hand sink, repair as necessary.
