Bravo Email.pdf, IMG_1913.JPG; IMG_1921.JPG; IMG_
1922.)PG
Hi Kristina,
203—I don't need the 91 fill sump sensor work order. What I'm looking for is a work order for when they replaced the
actual spill containers. If you look back at the spill container results you submitted to me,they say "Installed New 87-1 &
87-2 & DSL Fill Buckets", but where is the work order for the replacements?
208—closed based on statement
304—closed based on statement and work order attached
305—These kits are not designed to direct liquid back into the UDC for piping. From the instruction manual for these
plates (page 3): "The Conversion Frame Retrofit Plate Kit is required only in very specific situations where existing
electrical conduits are locked in concrete just outside the UDC opening."The manual is also attached to this email. These
kits are not intended for when piping is built outside of the UDCs. Please see attached email printout from Bravo. I also
attached a copy of the photo that I sent to Bravo (IMG_1913). Since these plates are not approved by Bravo the way
they were installed, they must be removed and an alternate route must be taken to address the piping located outside
of these UDCs.The route taken to address the piping must be conducted in accordance with manufacturer installation
instructions. In addition, I've attached 2 photos IMG-1921 and IMG-1922 showing that some of the piping in the UDCs
are on the shorter side of the UDCs,they are not only on the longer side where the dispenser doors are. Please ensure
all piping located outside of the UDCs are addressed.
326—Same explanation on the plates as 305.
Thanks!
All the Best,
Carol Presto
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Email: cpresto@sigov.org I Phone: (209) 616-3061
https://www.sigov.org/department/envhealth/
From: Kristina Daines<kdaines@carenterprises.net>
Sent: Friday,July 1, 2022 3:49 PM
To: Presto, Carol [EHD] <cpresto@sjgov.org>
Cc: Rivera, Stacy [EHD] <srivera@sjgov.org>;Jim Keesling<jkeesling@apluscstores.com>
Subject: RE: 2375 W Grantline Rd - UST Inspection Report RTC Form
CAUTION:This email is originated from outside of the organization.
