Please refer to page 1 in the permit, item 3 which shows inspections <br /> required, one being to verify that piping is contained within the dispensers. Please also refer to pages 20 and 25 <br /> in the permit for conversion frame cut sheets submitted with the application. <br /> 2. One photo of one of the UDCs,taken from the last inspection, showing what frames were installed <br /> 3. A copy of the inspection report from 10/30/2020 which shows at time of inspection the piping was not <br /> contained within the UDCs <br /> 4. Copy of the installation manual from Bravo for the fiberglass plates that were installed to address the piping <br /> outside of the UDCs. See page 1 and 2 where it shows that these plates are used for conduits. <br /> 5. Copy of email from Bravo regarding the fiberglass plates.
