Date: 06/21/2024 <br /> Manufacturer training: FF, 06/13/24;VR, 06/23/24 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site inspection: <br /> -Verified measurements and tank charts with technician <br /> -87A, 87B, 91 and diesel drop tubes are less than 95%tank shut off <br /> -Verified ball floats were removed from the vapor risers. Per technician they removed the ball floats about a year ago. <br /> -Red tags were removed by technicians prior to EHD arrival <br /> -WPLLD leak detector was replaced with a Veeder Root PLLD but was not tested <br /> -Fuel level printout was taken <br /> Approved to receive and dispenser fuel in the 87A, 87B, and 91 tanks. <br /> Diesel is not approved to receive or dispense fuel until the leak detector has functionality has been verified. Red tag has been <br /> replaced on the diesel fill pipe. <br /> New installed PLLD needs to be tested to verify functionality.
