The Board's letter to the Revised WQPS contained on the following comments:
• Submit the electronical data used in the statistical analysis to develop the concentration
limits (CLs)presented in the WQPS Report
• Provide an additional explanation of the inter-point tolerance limit method used to develop
CLs for the lysimeters
As discussed with Todd Del Frate on July 8,2016;the responses to comments are as follows:
• The statistical analysis used to develop the CLs presented in the WQPS Report was
performed with application of the Sanitas Statistical Model. An electronic data set of all of
the water quality parameters that were imputed into the Sanitas Model will be submitted to
the Board's Geotracker database system as an Excel table text delimited file.
• The inter-point tolerance limit method used to develop CLs for the site's vadose zone
lysimeters is identical to the inter-well tolerance limit method used to develop CLs for the
site's groundwater wells. Data from background lysimeter VZ-1 will be used to develop
CLs for the site's down gradient lysimeters(LZ-2, LZ-3, LZ-4, and LZ-5). This analysis
FSL WQPS WB response]tr.docx
