Cost Estimates: We have updated closure cost estimate based on the cost of recent County projects (Tables 1 <br />and 2 attached). <br />Postclosure Maintenance costs: <br />These costs are also updated based on recent County projects. The revised maintenance costs assume that all <br />environmental monitoring and control features, such as monitoring wells, will be replaced during the 30 -year <br />postclosure period. The cost of replacement is based on recent County projects. The <br />Plans were prepared by Shaw Environmental and submitted as part of the JTD July 21, 2015. <br />The Plans will be considered approvable once the operator adequately responds to the attached ESB staff comments. <br />Pursuant to 27 CCR 21860(f), the operator is required to respond to the attached comments and submit required <br />revisions within 60 days of receipt of the comments.
